2024年度のサタデースクールが本日より始まりました。
皆さま、進級・ご入園・ご入学おめでとうございます！
子どもたちの顔つきもお兄さん・お姉さんになったように感じます。
4月からの新入生のお友達も初めは緊張した顔つきでしたが、帰るころにはお友達同士でBye Bye！と手を振り合うほど仲良くなっていました。
保護者の皆さま、今年度もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
それでは、今週のサタデースクールの様子をご紹介いたします。
The Chicks and Sparrows practiced their alphabet using learning stations. We did puzzles and practiced using wooden pieces to form capital letters. ChicksとSparrowsクラスの子どもたちは、ラーニング・ステーションを使ってアルファベットの練習をしました。パズルをしたり、木片を使って大文字を作る練習をしたりしました。
April’s theme is “All About Me”, so the children practiced talking about themselves. They each gave a fact about themselves before taking a Kapla block out of the tower. 4月のテーマは “All About Me”。タワーからカプラのブロックを取り出す前に、それぞれ自分のことを話しました。
We designed our own name cards for our project this month. The children were so creative! We are looking forward to adding it to our final collage. 今月のプロジェクトでは、ネームカードをデザインしました。子どもたちはとてもクリエイティブでした！最後のコラージュに加えるのが楽しみです。
The Blue class explored their new textbooks as an introduction to the new school year. Blue クラスは、新学期の導入として新しい教科書を探検しました。
Outside play is a very important time for the children to be creative, socialize and release stress and anxiety. We are happy that all of the children are enjoying outside play this year! 外遊びは、子ども達にとって、創造的で、社交的で、ストレスや不安を発散するとても大切な時間です。今年度、子どもたち全員が外遊びを楽しんでいることを嬉しく思います！
