Merry Christmas! We were really surprised to see Santa, and so happy that he brought us presents!
The children were thrilled to receive a very special surprise today—a visit from the real Santa Claus! Santa asked the children if they had been very good this year, and they replied with a confident and cheerful, “Yes!” With a jolly laugh, Santa reached into his bag and gave each child their own special gift. We hope you’ll come and visit us again next year, Santa!

While waiting for their turn to meet Santa, the other children gathered in the gym to watch Shaun the Sheep: A Flight Before Christmas. The children were completely engrossed in the movie—it was hard to pull the classes away when it was time to move on!

Holiday Musical Chairs was lots of fun. We learned about Christmas themed objects and their significance.
ホリデー・ミュージカルチェアはとっても楽しいゲームでした。クリスマスをテーマにしたカードが椅子に置かれ、その意味について学びました。
Red and Blue played a festive game of Musical Chairs to practice Christmas vocabulary. Flashcards were placed under the chairs, and when the music stopped, the children had to find a seat. If they sat on a card the teacher called out, they were out! It was a lively way to combine movement and language learning.
RedクラスとBlueクラスは、クリスマスにちなんだボキャブラリーを習得するため、楽しい椅子取りゲームをしました。椅子の下にフラッシュカードが置かれ、音楽が止まったら子ども達は空いている椅子を探さなければなりません。先生が指定したカードの上に座ってしまった子は脱落！動きと言語学習を組み合わせた楽しい活動でした！

Advanced Green and Advanced Orange played together in the gym for the first time! It was wonderful to see our youngest graduates working alongside our oldest graduates as they interacted, cooperated, and helped one another. The challenge was to move their entire team around the gym using only one hoop at a time. Together, the two classes developed strategies to make sure no teammate was left behind.
Advanced GreenクラスとAdvanced Orangeクラスが初めてジムで一緒に活動しました。最年少の卒園生たちが最年長の卒園生たちと交流し、協力し合い、助け合う姿は素晴らしいものでした。課題は、一度に一つのリングだけを使ってチーム全員を体育館内移動させること。二つのクラスは協力し、仲間を置き去りにしないための戦略を練りました。
The Owls enjoyed a variety of games today! One favorite involved throwing wreaths to try and catch toys placed across the carpet. The children happily challenged one another to see who could reach the furthest toy.
Owlsクラスは今日、様々な遊びを楽しみました。特に人気だったのは輪投げです。カーペットの上に置かれたおもちゃに向かって輪を投げ、誰が一番遠くにあるおもちゃに届くかを競い合い、楽しそうに挑戦していました。ちなみに手前の赤ちゃんは人形です！びっくりさせてごめんなさい…。
Between games and crafts, the children enjoyed some tech time by exploring Google’s Santa Tracker. The site included English games where students had to read instructions and explore independently, making it both fun and educational.
