The Wolves jumped into a new unit in their course books and learned about some zoo animals! To practice their language skills, they played a fun “What’s Missing?” game in pairs. As soon as they figured out the missing animal, they would excitedly declare, “The giraffe is missing!” or “The bear is missing!” turning it into a friendly competition.

This month’s big project is creating our very own board game! To kick things off, the children played a fun board game to practice the language. They took turns reading questions from the cards, earning points for each correct answer. The first team to reach 20 points was declared the winner!
今月の大きなプロジェクトは、自分たちでオリジナルのボードゲームを作ること！その第一歩として、実際のボードゲームを使って言葉の練習をしました。カードからの質問を読み上げ、正解するとポイントゲット！先に20ポイントに到達したチームが勝ちという、白熱したゲームになりました
After playing the board game, it was the children’s turn to take the lead! Using the board game cards as inspiration, they created their own questions and decided how many points each one was worth. Some of the children came up with incredibly creative and tricky questions that even had the teachers stumped!
ゲームを楽しんだ後は、いよいよ子どもたちが主役！実際のカードを参考にして、自分たちで質問を考えたり、それぞれの問題に何点かを決めたりしました。中には先生たちでもちょっと悩んでしまうような、ひねりのある問題を考える子もいて、子どもたちの発想力に驚かされました！
This week, the Cubs got crafty and made their very own table tennis paddles! Once the paddles were ready, they headed to the gym to put their creations to the test. The children played in teams, with multiple balls in play at once, so everyone had a chance to join in on the fun!
Cubsクラスでは、クラフトタイムに自分だけの卓球ラケット作りに挑戦しました！ラケットが完成すると、ジムに移動して実際にプレイ！複数のボールを同時に使って、チーム対抗でゲームを楽しみました。全員が参加できる、賑やかな時間となりました。

Each week, the children in the Red class are writing themed spelling words in their journals to practice not only their writing, but also identifying various objects in English.

During outside play today, the Blue class worked together to make a fort. They were really excited about the results!
今日の外遊びでは、Blueクラスのみんなで協力して「秘密基地（フォート）」を作りました！枝や道具を上手に使って工夫しながら完成させたフォートに、子どもたちは大興奮！想像力とチームワークが光った素敵な時間でした。
