7月もあっという間に最終週となります。
暑さに負けず、水遊びを大いに楽しむサタデースクールの子ども達です。
それでは、今週のサタデースクールの様子をご紹介いたします。
The Jaguars created mind maps to review what they know about the seasons and the various holidays within them. Jaguarsはマインドマップを作成し、季節とその中の様々な祝日について学びました。
The Wolves did a hoola hoop fishing game and tried to catch as many “fish” as they could! Wolves はフーラフープで魚釣りにチャレンジました。決められた時間内にだれが一番「魚」を釣れるかな？！
During their textbook time, the Jaguars did writing practice. They looked for something that begin with the letter B in the classroom. Everybody searched everywhere even in a toy box.
テキストの時間には、Jaguarsはライティングの練習をしました。教室の中でBから始まるものを探し、テキストに書き込んでいきます。子どもたちは、教室の中をくまなく探し、おもちゃ箱中のおもちゃも一つ一つ点検していきます。
This week, we started water play. The children are enjoying sensory exploration with water!
今週は水遊びが始まりました。子どもたちは水を使った感覚探検を楽しんでいます！突然水合戦が始まることもしばしば…(笑)
Let’s be scuba divers! The Owls decorated their scuba masks, and then used them to role play an underwater exploration! スキューバダイバーになろう！ Owls はスキューバマスクを飾り、それを使って水中探検のロールプレイをしました！
The Chicks and Sparrows played Shark Attack in gym class. When the shark chased them, they did their best to run for safety! ChicksとSparrowsは体育の授業でShark Attackをしました。サメに追いかけられると、子どもたちは懸命に走って逃げました！
The preschool classes learned about sea animals and did various actions for each one. They also sang the “Octopus” song to practice the movements of the animals! プリスクールのクラスでは、海の動物について学び、それぞれの動物について様々なアクションをしました。また、動物の動きを練習するために「タコ」の歌も歌いました！
The Advanced Orange class is learning about health in their Fun Skills workbook. They used the vocabulary to play a fun game of tic-tac-toe! Advanced Orangeクラスは、Fun Skillsのテキストを使って健康について学びました。学んだ単語を使って、楽しい三目並べゲームをしました！
We did YLE speaking practice to prepare for the upcoming test in November. The children worked together to spot the differences between the pictures. 11月のテストに向けて、YLEのスピーキング練習をしました。子供たちは絵の違いを見つけるために協力あっていました。
The Owls have been practicing letter formation in their journals. They are learning about the placement of capital and lowercase letters on the lines. Owlsはジャーナルで文字の書き方を練習しています。大文字と小文字を線上のどこから初めて、どこで終わるのかを学んでいます。
