あけましておめでとうございます。
年末年始のお休みはいかがお過ごしでしたでしょうか。
久しぶりに子どもたちの元気な姿を見ることができて、とても嬉しく思います☆
それでは、今週のサタデースクールの様子をご紹介いたします。
In Advanced Purple and Yellow Class we reviewed some new vocabulary words that had to do with animals and their environments! We brainstormed animals that lived in various habitats.
Advanced PurpleとYellowのクラスでは、動物やその環境に関する新しい単語を復習しました！様々な生息地に住む動物について、ブレインストーミングをしました。
It’s been great getting back into the swing of things after our Winter Break! The children enjoyed sitting in the warm library and reading books- today we read many look and find books.
冬休みも終わり、いつもの生活に戻りました！子どもたちは暖かい図書室で本を読むことを楽しみました。
It’s always great to take some time to get some fresh air, even in the cold winter! We had a ton of fun playing on the playground!
寒い冬でも、新鮮な空気を感じる時間を持つことは素晴らしいことです！園庭での外遊びもたっぷり遊ぶことで身体も温まります。
In addition to climbing on the playground we also had fun with tricycles. We raced around the playground and took turns driving and riding.
遊具に登るだけでなく、三輪車も楽しみました。園庭を競争したり、交代で運転したり、乗ったりしました。
We had a great time in gym today with the Chicks and Sparrows class. We played the knock down and pick up the cone game. After dividing into two groups we raced the other team to see who could get the cones the way their team wanted!
今日はChicksとSparrowsクラスが一緒にジムで遊びました。コーンを倒して起こすゲームをしました。コーンを倒すチームと起こすチームの2つのグループに分かれ、どちらが思い通りにコーンを取れるか競争しました！
We made our own kendamas today in Owls. we decorated cups and then attached a string with a ball! We then would try and catch the ball in the cup! Great work everyone!
Owlsクラスでは、今日はオリジナルけん玉を作りました！そして、ボールをカップの中でキャッチすることに挑戦しました！みんなよく頑張ったね！
With our cups completed we were able to tape them together and make our kendamas! We had a lot of fun testing them out and we cannot wait to show you them!
飾り付けをしたカップをテープで貼り合わせて、オリジナルけん玉の完成です！早速カップの中に玉を入れて遊んでいました。早く保護者の皆さんに見せたくてたまらない子どもたちでした♪
In the Jaguars class we practiced reading a new book called “Grow Your Own Radishes”. We used a popsicle stick to help us along as we read with our friends.
Jaguars クラスでは、”Grow Your Own Radish” という新しい本を読む練習をしました。アイスキャンディーの棒を使って、お友達と一緒に読みました。
Today we compared different kinds of animals. Which animal is louder the mouse or the bird? The children had a lot of fun making funny sentences.
今日は、いろいろな種類の動物を比べました。ネズミと鳥、どっちが声が大きいかな？子どもたちは、面白い文章を作って楽しみました。
