それでは、今週のサタデースクールの様子をご紹介いたします。
Today for our craft we made an origami pig! We had a lot of fun playing with our silly pigs once they were completed.
今日のクラフトでは、画用紙でブタを作りました！完成したブタと遊ぶのはとても楽しかったです。
We carefully folded the paper and made the ears and nose for our pigs!
丁寧に画用紙を折り紙の要領で折り、ブタの耳と鼻を作りました！
Today we had a small talk about spirit animals! The children chose different animals they think they share some traits with. Like how Dolphins like to swim or how lions are brave.
今日は、スピリットアニマルについて話しました！子どもたちは、イルカは泳ぐのが好きだから私はイルカ！ライオンは勇敢だから私！と自分と同じ特徴を持つ動物を選びました。
Today in the Chicks and Sparrows class we reviewed our favorite farm animals. Afterwards we sang “Old MacDonald”.
今日のChicksとSparrowsのクラスでは、大好きな農場の動物について復習しました。その後、”Old MacDonald “を歌いました。
In Advanced Purple and Yellow class we put our thinking caps on, our teacher presented us with an issue and we thought up of ways we could help. We thought up of many ways to help endangered animals such as recycling more and creating safe spaces for the animals to live in.
Advanced PurpleとYellowのクラスでは、先生からある問題を出されて、私たちにできることを考えました。絶滅の危機に瀕している動物を助けるために、もっとリサイクルをしたり、動物が安全に暮らせる場所を作ったりと、たくさんの方法を考えました。
A favorite part of tech time is when we can use our points we get from our spelling and reading games to get goodies for our characters on the game! Here we are shopping for a new haircut and color!
テクノロジーの時間の好きなところは、スペルやリーディングのゲームで得たポイントを使って、ゲームに登場するキャラクターのグッズを手に入れることです！こちらは、新しいヘアカットとヘアカラーのお買い物！
Keeping up with our themes of animals- the Orange, Green, and Purple Classes read books about different animals and habitats. We also took a look at some fairytales like Kintaro and the Rolling Rice Ball.
Orange、Green、Purpleクラスは、動物のテーマで、様々な動物や生息地についての本を読みました。また、金太郎やおにぎりなどのおとぎ話も取り上げました。
Today in the Cubs class we reviewed our shapes. We then played a game where we went around the classroom looking for shapes as they were called out. 今日のCubsクラスでは、図形の復習をしました。呼ばれた形を探しながら教室を回るゲームをしました。
In Orange Class for our textbook time we went over “must” and “mustn’t” to talk about things we need to do or ought to in various situations. Like how when we have a headache we mustn’t play computer games.
Orange クラスのテキストの時間では、”must “と “mustn’t “について学んだ。例えば、頭痛がするときはコンピューターゲームをしてはいけないとか。
Today we reviewed animals and prepositions. We took some animal toys and placed them around the room to match the prepositions our teacher mentioned
今日は動物と前置詞の復習をしました。先生が言った前置詞に合わせて、動物のおもちゃを部屋のあちこちに置きました。
