それでは、今週のサタデースクールの様子をご紹介いたします☆
Today in Chicks and Sparrows class we practiced our body parts. We touched our hands to our bodies to match what the teacher was calling out and afterwards sang “The Pinocchio” song!
今日のChicksとSparrowsのクラスでは、体の部位の練習をしました。先生の掛け声に合わせて手を体に触れ、その後「ピノキオ」の歌を歌いました！
In Red Class we checked our homework with each other, we used the stickers from the back of our books to make a picture dictionary. Redクラスでは、お互いに宿題を確認しあい、本の後ろに貼ってあるシールを使って絵辞典を作りました。
In Orange, Green, and Purple Class we had a good time reading about the Earth and space. Balancing reading time and tech time is a lot of fun. Orange、Green、Purpleクラスでは、地球や宇宙についての本を読みました。読書の時間と技術の時間のバランスはとても楽しい。
In Music Class, we continued to play xylophone and practice different songs. Taking some time to play and sing songs is always a great way to release our feelings. ミュージッククラスでは、引き続き木琴を演奏し、様々な歌を練習しました。時間をかけて曲を演奏したり歌ったりすることは、いつも気持ちを解放する良い方法です。
In the Wolves class we reviewed our animals. We then played a game where we gave hints about different animals to see if our friends could guess the one we were thinking of. Wolves クラスでは、動物について復習しました。そして、いろいろな動物のヒントを出して、友だちがその動物を当てられるかどうかを競うゲームをしました。
In the Yellow and Purple Class we played a new card game called Apples to Apples. The children selected nouns they felt matched with descriptives and we judged the combinations. We had some very funny ones! YellowとPurpleのクラスでは、Apples to Applesという新しいカードゲームをしました。子どもたちは名詞と描写語の組み合わせを選び、私たちはその組み合わせを判定しました。とても面白いものがいくつかありました！
Today during outside time we played castles! We used the big blocks to build up a castle and played inside! 今日の外遊びの時間では、大きなブロックを使ってお城を作り、中で遊びました！
Today to practice writing we took some time to write about how we feel and how we are. It was a great way to practice descriptives.
今日は、書く練習をするために、自分の気持ちについて書く時間を取りました。形容詞や副詞の練習にもなりました。
We practiced writing comparative sentences with different animals in the Wolves Class. We worked together to figure out the best vocabulary and words. Wolves Classでは、様々な動物との比較文を書く練習をしました。文章に合う語彙や単語を一緒に考えました。
We played a fun game of dodgeball today where the teachers rolled giant balls at the class as they tried to escape. The children had a ton of fun moving and trying to dodge the ball. 今日は、先生たちが巨大なボールを転がして、子どもたちはそのボールに当たらないように逃げるという楽しいドッジボールゲームをしました。子どもたちは、ボールをよけようと動き回り、とても楽しんでいました。
In Jaguars we were able to read a comic page about our favorite bumbling detectives Lock and Key! The children always have a ton of fun reading about the goofy adventures in these short stories.今日は、Jaguarsクラスでは、私たちの大好きな“不器用な探偵Lock and Key”のコミックのページを読むことができました！子どもたちは、この短編小説の中のおちゃめな冒険を読むのをいつもとても楽しんでいます。
