The Yamada Orange class has begun the year strong! As we work through the Power-Up 4 book this year, it will help us improve our reading, writing, listening and speaking skills through a variety of fun activities and relatable topics. It is also designed to help prepare us for the YLE exam later in the year!
アフタースクール・Orangeクラスは新年度を力強くスタートしました！生徒達が年間を通して取り組むコース教材「Power Up 4」は、様々な楽しいアクティビティや親しみやすいトピックを通して、リーディング、ライティング、リスニング、そしてスピーキングの各分野のスキルの向上を目指していきます。また、秋に予定しているケンブリッジ国際児童英検（YLEテスト）の試験対策も行っていきます！
Paired along with the Power-Up text are our online resources. We use both Kids A-Z and Cambridge LMS in our class and at home for homework. Cambridge LMS is tied directly with our power-up book and has many activities and videos that supplement the text.
Power Upのテキストと併せて、生徒達はオンライン教材にも取り組んでいます。
今年度は、Kids A-ZとCambridge LMSの2つのオンライン教材を、レッスンや宿題に使用しています。
Cambridge LMSのウェブサイトはPower Upのコース教材に準拠しており、テキストの内容に沿ったアクティビティやビデオがたくさん紹介されています。
The Orange class seems to be quite close and get along really well! From the first day it was clear that everyone is really comfortable together, which makes learning much easier, as we can all be very open with each other. In addition to our texts, we also enjoy playing learning games with each other, and the class can be quite competitive!
Orangeクラスの生徒達は、みんなとても仲が良く、毎回楽しくレッスンを進めています！
新年度が始まり、初めてのレッスン当日から、みんなが一緒に学んでいて本当に居心地がいい関係性だということがすぐ分かりました。生徒達がお互いに打ち解けて、とてもオープンに話しができるので、とてもスムーズにレッスンやアクティビティを行うことができます。テキストを使っての学習はもちろんのこと、これからはゲームや力を合わせて取り組むプロジェクトなども取り入れながら、英語をさらに深く学んでいきたいと考えています。
