During every Circle Time, Red and Blue Classes spend a few minutes reviewing phonics. The children use their fingers to break apart the sounds in each word, helping them hear and blend the sounds more easily! 毎回のCircle Timeで、RedクラスとBlueクラスはフォニックスの復習を数分間行っています。子どもたちは指を使って単語の音を分解し、それぞれの音を聞き取りやすくし、スムーズに音をつなげて発音する練習をしています！
For Gym Class, the children played a fun fishing game using hula hoops and jump ropes! They imagined the balls were fish, then tossed their hula hoops to try and reel them in!

During Water Play, the Preschool class played a silly game of Hot Potato—with sponges! The first child squeezed the sponge into a bucket, then passed it along. The last one holding the sponge got a surprise spray! Water Playの時間には、Preschoolクラスでスポンジを使った「Hot Potato」ゲームをしました！最初の子がバケツにスポンジの水を絞って、次の子へリレー。最後にスポンジを持っていた子にはびっくり水スプレーのサプライズ！
This week, the Advanced Green Class practiced speaking skills using parts of the Cambridge English YLE exams. Students paired up and asked each other about the differences between two illustrations as well as practiced forming a story! 今週、Advanced Greenクラスでは、Cambridge English YLE試験の一部を使ってスピーキング練習をしました。ペアになって2枚の絵の違いについて質問し合ったり、お話づくりの練習もしました。
Today was the big day—Beach Shop Day! The children came together to open their own seaside stores. The older classes got especially competitive, trying to outsell their neighboring shops! 今日は待ちに待った「Beach Shop Day」でした！子どもたちは自分たちの海辺のお店を開きました。年上のクラスは特に張り切って、お隣のお店よりもたくさん売ろうと競い合っていました！
The Preschool classes set up their own beach shops downstairs, and the Red and Blue Classes had the special privilege of visiting! The children had a great time using the English phrases they’ve been practicing, such as ‘Can I have…?’ and ‘How much is it?’ Preschoolクラスは1階にビーチショップを準備し、RedクラスとBlueクラスが特別にお客さんとして訪れました！子どもたちは、「Can I have…?」「How much is it?」など、練習してきた英語のフレーズを実際に使うことができて、とても楽しんでいました！
Colors are all around us and the Cubs are learning how to identify them in English using common classroom objects! Cubsでは、身の回りにある色を英語で言えるようになることを目指して学んでいます。教室内の身近なものを使って、色の名前を覚えています！
In this unit, the Pink Class is learning about homes and different items that they can find around the house. They love to do a “Rock, Scissors, Paper” battle and it really helps them remember and repeat the vocabulary! Pinkクラスでは、今回のユニットで「家」と「家の中にある物」について学んでいます。「じゃんけんバトル（Rock, Scissors, Paper）」をしながら学ぶのが大好きで、このアクティビティが単語の定着にもとても役立っています！
Our elementary classes are so competitive and have tons of energy during our gym lessons. They were excited that they could steal treasure from each other when we played “Pirates of the Caribbean”.
小学生クラスはとてもエネルギッシュで、Gymの時間になると大盛り上がりです。今週は「Pirates of the Caribbean（カリブの海賊）」というゲームで、相手から宝物を奪うことができるルールに、みんな大興奮でした！
