In the Blue class, our class project was to construct a class play about a scenario where someone needed help. The children thought up their own characters and wrote their own scripts for the play. Amazing teamwork! Their characters had personality and flair. Well done.
アフタースクールのBlueクラスの生徒達が、レッスンの中で取り組んだプロジェクトについてご紹介いたします。
今回、Blueクラスでは、誰かが助けを必要としているというシナリオのオリジナル劇を作ることになりました。生徒達は自分で登場人物を考え、セリフや台本を協力して書いたのですが、彼らの創造したキャラクターは個性とセンスがあふれており、素晴らしい仕上がりになりました。
After the children had practised their plays and made the props for their scenes, they introduced their characters and performed their short plays in small groups. We used the small theatre with curtains and the children did a great job.
生徒達は劇の練習を行い、それぞれのシーンに必要な小道具を作った後、登場人物を紹介し合い、グループに分かれて幕の付いた小さなシアターを使って劇を披露しました。生徒達は本当によく頑張って準備をし、素晴らしい出来栄えとなりました。
In this picture we were learning about the names of different family members and using comparative language to describe them. Each child created their own ‘family’ of 6 people and showed each other. They then discussed and compared them using language such as “My brother is shorter than your brother”.
また、あるの日のレッスンでは、家族を構成するメンバーの様々な名称について取り上げ、それらを比較しながら説明する方法について学びました。
こちらの写真は、生徒達がそれぞれ6名の「家族」を作り、「私のお兄さんはあなたの弟より背が低い」などの比較級の言い回しを使って、レッスンパートナーに説明することに取り組んでいる様子です。
