4月最後のサタデースクールでは、イースターパーティーを行いました。

Preschool Classes
We had our Easter party today! Early in the morning, as the preschool classes were getting ready, the teachers suddenly announced, “Guess what, everyone? We have a special surprise for you today!” The children, a little surprised and very curious, went outside—only to discover the Easter Bunny hiding in the hallway!
登校するなり、突然先生から「今日はスペシャルゲストが来るよ！」とアナウンスがありました。子ども達は誰が来るのか興味津々で外遊びに出ようとしたところ・・・廊下でイースターバニーが待っていました！
Advanced Orange
Unbeknownst to the children, the Easter Bunny had hidden some special treats in the gym. The children searched under every cone and beside every block, eagerly looking for their yummy surprises!
子ども達の知らないうちに、イースターバニーがジムに特別なプレゼントを隠していました。みんな、コーンの下やブロックの横などを隅々まで探していました！
All Classes
The children were also asked to bring in boiled eggs to dye. Some children who have been with us for a few years already had ideas for their designs, and it was wonderful to see their creativity shine. We had some truly beautiful and unique creations this year!
どのクラスでもEgg dye（卵染め）を行いました。卵染めをやったことがある子達は、どんなデザインにしたいか考えていて、どのイースターエッグも個性の光る作品となりました！
Advanced Yellow & Advanced Orange
After decorating their eggs with oil pastels, the children carefully dipped them into dye. They learned that “the longer you leave it in, the darker the color becomes!” Many children experimented by dipping their eggs halfway or combining colors to create beautiful gradients.
イースターエッグを染める前に、まずパステルで絵を書き、好きな色の水に浸しました。「長く浸すと、濃く染まる」ということを学び、中には半分ずつ色を変えて染めている子もいました！
Advanced Yellow
To practice Easter vocabulary, the children created sentences using target words. They were then given play money and participated in a fun “vocabulary auction,” bidding on sentences to “own” them. The classroom was full of energy, with some very enthusiastic bidding!
Advanced Yellowクラスでは、イースターにまつわるボキャブラリーを使って文章作りの練習を行いました。そのあと、おもちゃのお金を使って『ボキャブラリーオークションゲーム』を楽しみました。できるだけ多くの文章を所有できるよう、エネルギー溢れるオークションタイムとなりました！
Pink & Purple
Pink and Purple joined together to play Easter party games. Numbered eggs were placed face down on the table, and teams had to flip them over in order from 1 to 10. If the number didn’t match the sequence, they lost their turn to the other team. Even though the game was simple, the children said it was one of their favorites!
PinkクラスとPurpleクラスは、一緒にイースターパーティーゲームを楽しみました。番号の書かれた卵のカードが伏せられていて、1～10の順番にめくっていきます。番号が飛んでしまうと、相手チームが挑戦し、番号順にカードをめくれるよう番号の場所を記憶しておく必要があります。シンプルなゲームでしたが、子ども達はとても気に入ってくれました！
Advanced Green
Advanced Green also played a special Easter version of the “Fruit Basket” game! With colorful eggs (and sometimes more than one!), the children had to stay alert and keep moving, making the game extra exciting.
Advanced Greenクラスでも『フルーツバスケット』のイースターバージョンを行いました！自分の持っている卵の色が呼ばれると即座に椅子を移動しないといけないので、鬼のコールに耳を澄ませていました。ゲームはどんどんエキサイトし、楽しい時間になりました！
