Our first month in the After School Pink Class has been very eventful. The students have been learning new classroom routines while becoming familiar with the Power Up 2 textbooks that we will be using throughout the year.
4月から新年度がスタートしました。
千里山田校アフタースクール・Pinkクラスの生徒達は、とても充実した最初の1ヶ月間を過ごしました。
プリスクールでの学びを経て、今回新しくアフタースクールに加わった小学校1年生の生徒達は、まずはこれから年間を通して使用するコースブック『Power Up 2』に慣れ親しみながら、レッスンでのルーティンやクラスルールを学んでいます。
Everyone especially enjoyed a game styled self-introduction activity using bean bags. This activity helped students feel more comfortable and confident when approaching and speaking with new classmates.
レッスンでは机に座っての学習の他に、様々な楽しいアクティビティを取り入れながら、さらに深く英語を学んでいます。
ある日は、ビーンバッグを使ってゲーム形式の自己紹介を行い、大いに盛り上がりました。
このアクティビティを通じて、生徒達は新しいクラスメイトに話しかける際、これまで以上にリラックスしながら自信を持って接することができるようになったと感じています。
We ended the month on a high note with a special Easter Egg Hunt, along with a variety of fun Easter games held in the school gym.
また、4月はイースターにちなんで、プリスクール在園時からお馴染みのエッグハント（Egg Hunt）や、様々なイースターゲームにも参加し、ジムはみんなの歓声と笑いに包まれました。
